Would your child enjoy a science birthday party? Our scientist comes to your home and has the children do lots of hands-on science activities. We don’t need much space – the kitchen table or an outside table if it is dry. If a local community centre suits you better, that suits us too.

Junior Mad Science –

At this general science workshop the children will do a range of science activities. Select 3 from Potions, Bubbles, Slime, Ice Cream and Freezer making, chromatography. We’ll finish, outside of course, with the party child triggering a coke and mentos “explosion”. Suitable for 6 – 8 year olds. Duration 75 mins. Cost €260 for up to 10 children.

Best Bubbles
Experiment to find the best gadget for blowing bubbles and also the best bubble solution. Make your own bubble solution to take home with you. Suitable for 6 – 8 year olds. Duration 75 mins. Cost €270 for up to 10 children.
9 – 12 year olds
Crime Scene Investigation / Murder Mystery
Learn about chromatography and acid / base testing. Use these skills to solve a crime. Suitable for age 10 – 12 years. Duration approx 1.5 hrs. Cost €280 for up to 10 children.
Bright Sparks
Learn about electric circuits. Build a lighthouse to take home with you. Suitable for 9 – 12 year olds. Duration approx. 1.5 hrs. Cost €310 for up to 10 children.

Pneumatics
Investigate the world of pneumatics and hydraulics. Build your own pneumatically operated tipper truck. Suitable for 9 – 12 year olds. Duration 1.5 – 2 hours. Cost €330 for up to 10 children.
